  • How long does shipping take?

    If your particular style is in stock, it will take 1 week to arrive to you. If your style is not in stock, it can take anywhere from 3-8 months to ship. When you contact us to order your size, we will email you the approximate ship-out date before we finalize the order so we ensure it arrives in time for your wedding and alterations. 

  • Can I return my order?

    All orders are
    final. It is very important to get professionally measured to ensure your dress
    is ordered in the correct size. If you are not sure if you want a dress but
    still want to try it on, you can order a "try-on" for $150. If you
    decide to purchase the dress, the $150 will come off of your total
    purchase! 

  • How do I check on my order?

The team at R Custom Bridal are not only the sweetest people you will ever meet but are incredibly talented at what they do. From my first visit, I knew I was in good hands. Their work is immaculate. My dress needed quite a bit done, but they handled it with ease. Getting something altered that is as important as a wedding dress can be nerve-wracking. The team at R Custom Bridal made it the most relaxing and stress-free experience. They also offered bustle practice, which was terrific because none of us knew how to do that. I am incredibly happy with how my wedding dress turned out after the alterations and am glad I chose R Custom Bridal. I cannot recommend them enough.

Thara did an absolutely amazing job with my wedding dress! My dress was very intricate with a lot of lace and beading, and my train was super long, and she handled it all with expertise and true craftsmanship. She did a superb job with the fitting and the bustle. It turned out perfect. I can't recommend her enough!

RcustomBridal was recommended to me by the bridal boutique where I purchased my wedding dress, and I am so glad I decided to get my alterations done here! When I went to Tara with my dress it was about 3 sizes too big! I bought my dress at a consignment shop so I wasn't able to get it in my size but she made it my size! My dress has nine layers of fabric, I mean its a huge dress! She did fantastic work it fit so perfectly. She added a belt on the inside to help hold up the weight of the dress as I walked, genius! She took the ribbon off the sparkle belt to which really made it more elegant. Her shop is lovely and I felt so comfortable each time I went for a fitting. I would recommend to my friends. I believe what I paid for her work was fair, I feel it was well worth it! Thank you ;)

Brought in my bridesmaid dress that needed a couple of alterations, and they're soooo friendly, not bad pricing, excellent work and just a very awesome experience all around! 100% recommend!! :)
